Onder invloed van monsieur Andr Bertrand is biodynamie op het domein ingevoerd,

Madame et monsieur Bertrand zijn de sympathieke eigenaren van Domaine de Malavieille in de Languedoc. Beiden komen uit een familie van wijnmakers. Het domein is in de familie sinds 1793. De vader van madame Bertrand werkte biologisch en natuurlijk, zonder gebruik van kunstmest en chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen. Deze werkwijze is door haar en haar kinderen voortgezet. Onder invloed van monsieur André Bertrand is biodynamie op het domein ingevoerd, vanuit de overtuiging de natuur in te zetten om balans in bodem en wijngaard te krijgen. Sinds 2003 zijn de wijnen AB (Agriculture Bio) gelabeld en vanaf 2005 Demeter gecertificeerd. Inmiddels is zoon Benoît aangetreden.

Beschrijving: Stevig, zwart fruit, aards, kruidig, nootmuskaat.

Lekker bij: Lamsvlees, wild, kruidige groentegerechten.

Leuk weetje: Hoe de wijn aan zijn naam komt: Roc, steen: stevig, stoer, donker. Lune: maan, want biodynamisch, dus één met de kosmos.
