De Bondtech CHT™ nozzles splitsen de filamentdraad in drie dunnere draden, waardoor het materiaal van binnen sneller smelt. Dit maakt hogere doorvoersnelheden mogelijk.

Core Heating - een gepatenteerde technologie

Registratienummer: EP3445568A1. Deze nozzles voor 3D-printers zijn gemaakt van metaal en hebben minstens één of meerdere gaten om het verwarmingswandoppervlak te vergroten.

Voordelen van de nikkelcoating

Een nikkelcoating wordt aangebracht op onze gecoate messing nozzles om bescherming te bieden tegen corrosie, erosie en slijtage. Nikkel gecoate nozzles hebben een hogere corrosiebestendigheid en een lagere wrijvingscoëfficiënt, wat een soepelere materiaaltoevoer mogelijk maakt en het hechten van kunststof aan het nozzleoppervlak vertraagt.

Medium is what I use most often since it balances good circulation with reasonable noise, and low is quiet enough to run in the background without being distracting.
