Vanuit alle hoeken van Europa hebben ze deze zeldzame druiven gezocht en twintig jaar geleden in de vruchtbare grond van La Livinière geplant. Met onvermoeibare toewijding hebben ze hun wijngaarden gekoesterd, zonder enige garantie op succes.

Maar wat een triomf is het geworden! Clos Centeilles brengt ons biodynamische wijnen, levendige wijnen die tot de verbeelding spreken. De creaties van moeder Patricia en dochter Cécile behoren tot de meest verfijnde die ik ooit heb mogen proeven. Culinaire parels met een ongekende allure.

Welkom in het rijk van "Het Deel van de Engelen". Bij dit wijndomein streven we naar een frisse en gastronomische ervaring, vergelijkbaar met die van een rosé, maar met net dat beetje extra body om perfect te kunnen samengaan met gerechten. Daarom hebben we ons sinds 2002 gewaagd aan het herlanceren van een rode 'claret', een oude zuidelijke uitdrukking voor lichtrode, fruitige en verrukkelijke wijnen.

De verfijning van Carignan komt natuurlijk samen met de rode en pittige vruchten van Riveyrenc Noir en Picpoul Noir. Het resultaat? Een waar snoepje van een wijn, doordrenkt met tonen van grenadine, verfrissende frisheid en een aangename bite. Maar pas op, deze wijn drink je niet te snel leeg. Het Deel van de Engelen is een verleidelijke verleiding waar je langzaam van wilt genieten, elke slok een feest voor de zintuigen.
