La Grande Année 2007 is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir from A and Verzenay and 30% Chardonnay from Cramant and Oger, with 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus grapes.
One of the distinctive practices of the Bollinger house is to completely and twice as long as required by the appellation, ferment wine in barrels.
