Over Domaine Jean Collet & Fils

Het domein Jean Collet werd opgericht in 1952 en later versterkte zoon Gilles het team. Het wijnhuis en de kelders bevinden zich in het hartje van Chablis. De wijngaarden liggen op de beste hellingen van de linker- en rechteroever van de Serein rivier. 37 Hectares zijn verdeeld over Chablis Grand Cru (0,51ha), Chablis Premier Cru (17,71ha), Chablis (16,4ha) et Petit Chablis (1,65ha). De filosofie van Domaine Collet & Fils is het bewerken van de wijnstokken volgens het lutte raisonnée principe, om zo de unieke terroir tot zijn recht te laten komen.

Vinificatie

Koude schilinweking, waarna er een temperatuurgecontroleerde fermentatie plaatsvindt in roestvrijstalen vaten. De wijn blijft rijpen sur lie" tot aan de botteling, die in jaarlijks in juli geschiedt na de oogst. "

This is an interesting read to help with your child’s self esteem and behavior. The first several chapters on the psychology behind behavior were more helpful and interesting than the second half of the book that addresses specific behaviors.
