Zo bepaald het ook de oogst, die in de vroege ochtend wordt gestart. Houtlagering voor de Cruz de Alba Crianza

Als all Tempranillo druiven hun rijpheid hebben gekregen worden ze geheel met de hand geoogst. Elke tros wordt optisch gecontroleerd om zo enkel de beste trossen te verzamelen. In kleine kratten worden ze trossen verzameld en vervoerd naar de pers van Cruz de Alba. Bij aankomst worden ze nogmaals gecontroleerd en zeer zachtjes gekneusd. Deze Cruz de Alba Crianza heeft een traditionele vinificatie, met rijping op nieuwe eiken vaten gedurende vijftien maanden. Dit geeft hem zijn volle en krachtige geur en smaak die wordt gekenmerkt door pure zuiverheid.

Vol en zeer krachtig deze Cruz de Alba Crianza wijn

Na de vijftien maanden te hebben door gebracht op de mooiste houten vaten, vind wijnmaker Sergio Avila het nog niet goed genoeg. Hij laat deze rode wijn nog minimaal tien maanden door rijpen op de fles in mooie wijnkelders van Cruz de Alba. In alle rust wordt dit een koningswijn met in de geur aroma's van rood fruit, hout en tabak en een zacht en soepel karakter. De smaak is fantastisch, zeer aromatisch met indrukken van rijp zwart fruit, lichte kruiden, mooie aanwezigheid van hout en vanille en wat chocolade en cacao. Zachte tannine en goed in balans met een lange finale, die eindigt in tonen van drop, kersen en ander zwart fruit.

Definitely organizes and maximizes cabinet space for spice storage. It’s a little rickety. If you are using glass spice jars you will likely need to use the included screws into the cabinet because the double face tape it comes with might not hold up. It might work with the plastic spice containers, but even then it seems like it would not be sturdy enough to hold the weight. The instructions were clear and it installed quickly. If it lasts, it was definitely a value upgrade in my cabinet.
