De achterzijde van deze douchecabines wordt altijd vochtig, daarom staan de douchecabines altijd in de douchebak. Het vocht wat aan de buitenzijde van de cabine komt loopt naar beneden en via de opening onder de glazen wanden weer de douchebak in.

Gehard veiligheidsglas:
Al onze douchecabines worden standaard gemaakt van gehard veiligheidsglas. Veiligheidsglas is, zoals de naam al zegt, veiliger dan standaard glas. Bij breuk van normaal glas zal de glasplaat in grote stukken uiteenvallen. Bij veiligheidsglas is het glas dusdanig geproduceerd dat bij breuk de glasplaat in duizenden kleine stukjes uiteenvalt. Daardoor is de kans op ernstig letsel vele malen kleiner. Vooral bij het plaatsen, waarbij de meeste breukschades ontstaan, is dit natuurlijk een groot pluspunt.
