Gebruik
De gemiddelde aanbevolen dosering voor psylliumvezels is 5g in 200ml vruchten of groentensap voor de maaltijden. Kun je twee keer per dag een dosering nemen. Daarnaast moet er voldoende water gedronken worden.
Niet aanbevolen voor kinderen onder de 6 jaar.

Bewaren
Droog bewaren en de zak na elk gebruik goed sluiten.
