"De druiven voor deze Champagne komen voornamelijk uit de volgende gemeentes/Cru's: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Villers-Marmery, Trépail...... Gosset maakt alleen gebruik van de beste Cru's uit het district Marne met een gemiddelde classificatie van 95% op de officiële kwaliteitsschaal. De dosage voor de Grand Blanc de Blancs is 7 gram per liter. Malolactische gisting wordt met opzet gemeden, om al het primaire fruit zoveel mogelijk in de wijn te behouden. De wijn wordt minimaal 4 jaar in de kelders bewaard, alvorens dégorgement plaatsvindt. Lichtgele kleur met groene tinten. De neus geurt mineralig en bloemig, met tonen van groene appel en citrusvruchten. In de mond, smaken van citrusvruchten, ananas en in de afdronk een sprankelende ziltige noot. De elegantie en finesse van deze Champagne maken het een uitstekend aperitief. Het is ook een goede begeleider bij schaal- en schelpdieren, risotto met parmezaan, cougères, wit vlees en jonge, fruitige kazen.

Most importantly it does a good job cleaning the hands without leaving your hands all sticky and gooey after washing. Yeah. That really is a thing. I've used hand soaps that after rinsing and drying your left with "gheco hands" like you can pick up a penny with your knuckle. No chemical or overpowering odor. One odd thing. The original order came in a box that looked like the Amazon loader threw it into the back of the van from about 50 feet away .... The bottles cap was destroyed and the soap had leaked into the box. Amazon quickly replaced the item with a new bottle no charge and didn't expect me to return the damaged bottle of course. Thing is the second box came in the same condition. Looked like the punter for the Ravens drop kicked it from the 30 into the back of the truck. Luckily the bottle was undamaged this time.
