Alois Lageder is afstammeling van een familie die zich al vier generaties lang vol passie bezighoudt met wijnmaken. Hij ziet het als zijn taak om de druiven in goede gezondheid te verbouwen en met de grootst mogelijk zorg te vinificeren om succesvolle wijnen te produceren. In de loop van de tijd is deze familie buitengewoon in geslaagd verschillende wijndomeinen en wijngaarden te kopen in de beste wijngebieden van Alto Adige. Er wordt uitsluitend biologisch gewerkt. De etiketten vormen een mooie symbolische brug tussen de wijngaarden en de wijnkelder en aan de andere kant de wijn die uiteindelijk is het glas terecht komt. Het zijn stuk voor stuk uitzonderlijke wijnen die je verbazen en veel goeds voor de toekomst beloven.Het vinificatieproces van Alois Lageder Porer Pinot Grigio
De wijnstokken zijn tot 29 jaar oud en gedijen op de Margreider-puinkegel in steenachtige, zanderige en zeer kalkrijke bodems. De druiven worden handmatig geoogst en streng geselecteerd op kwaliteit. 80 procent van de wijn wordt vergist en op zijn eigen fijn bezinksel gehouden in roestvrijstalen tanks. Daarna wordt de wijn 6 maanden op grote vaten van Slavonisch hout opgevoed. De resterende 20 procent wordt vergist en gerijpt in barriques van Frans eikenhout. In het glas schittert de strogele Pinot Grigo met licht roodachtige reflecties en straalt aromatische tonen van meloen en perzik uit. Het frisse, fruitige karakter zet zich voort in de mond en wordt aangevuld met volle, kruidige, minerale tonen die een fijne spanning creëren in de afdronk.Shipping Notes

Works well, long use on single charge, high torque - be careful when starting

Not the most inexpensive powered whisker bur I've used other Typhor products and found them reliable for the task designed. I fell they don't cheap out on the rechargeable battery so I don't fell they will catch fire, as we are hearing about from other cheaper rechargeable items. I liked 2 things about this model the speed control is by a pressure single switch which I can control, not just pick speed 1,2,3. The swappable tips allow for different uses. I don't drink coffee but use the item to whisk eggs for an omelets and it has the torque to mix them without effort. In Fact need to only use half power else it will splatter out of my mixing vessel.

Powerful!

This thing is powerful and works great! I was hesitant about some of the negative reviews, but this is worth it so far. I use it every day and haven't charged it in the week that I've had it. Some people complained about turning it off.... It's not that hard. Just hold the button down for a second or two and it shuts off, no fuss. If you tap/press the button you'll cycle through the next speed and then off. I only use the first speed to make my protein shake and matcha. I feel like the high speed would just whip everything to pure foam! I'm hoping this lasts me a long time.
