De testfase van in totaal ruim 3 jaar was ongelooflijk lang en intensief. Vanaf het begin was er echter maar één doel voor ons: de beste lange noppen in de nabije toekomst.
De Hellfire X is ontwikkeld samen met hooggekwalificeerde lange noppen spelers onder leiding van Sebastian Sauer. Dit maakte het mogelijk om een lange nop van de hoogste kwaliteit te creëren, vooral volgens de wensen van de spelers. De Hellfire X geeft een uniek gevoel dat precies is afgestemd op de plastic bal. Het hart van het lange noppen rubber is de perfecte balans tussen snelheid, controle, storend effect en effectontwikkeling.

Eigenschappen: De noppen van de Hellfire-X hebben een hoge Aspect Ratio en staan ver uit elkaar. Dit garandeert de grootst mogelijke ruimte voor de noppenkoppen om te knikken. De noppenhalzen zijn glad, de noppenkoppen lichtjes ruw. Verdedigingsballen achter de tafel zorgen ook voor veel backspin, waardoor de tegenstander gedwongen wordt om op de 2e of 3e bal te schuiven. Wanneer de bal arriveert, geven de noppen toe en remmen de bal. De bal komt vast te zitten in het oppervlak van de noppen en wordt met een behoorlijk portie effect doorgegeven.

Noppen hardheid: Onder lichte druk geven de noppen een hard gevoel. Bij hogere druk creëren ze een soepeler, zachter gevoel. Dit is vooral belangrijk voor het optimale omkeereffect op hard-hit aanvalsballen. Deze eigenschap van de Hellfire-X is een absolute garantie voor succes. In het aanvallende spel is een korte tik op de bal voldoende om krachtige aanvalsballen te genereren. Dit geeft je opties die moeilijk te berekenen zijn voor de tegenstander.

Can't hurt him

I've had many conversations with different people about Goggins, and I would have to say it's been a near 50|50 split of people supporting him and people having issues with him.
Here I will address the motivational aspect of the book:
The transformation Goggins went through from his lowest of low points to his highs are extremely admirable. He had a rough start and numerous setbacks that would've been a decent reason to keep his way of life as it was, but he felt stagnant. So he decided to change it but going after one of the hardest things you can do- prepping for Seal training.
Here I will address the methodology of his motivation:
In short, to become a Seal isn't a mere accident. It is 100% intentful. 100% a team required feat and effort. In some instances of the book, Goggins mentions he struggled with some of his peers, maybe even head-butting ideology where he may have gone solo on some things or didn't quite agree with how a team was being run. He has his own self reflections on this various incidents. However, what I would like to note is that the self-reflection exists (*I listened to the audiobook as well which offered other insight not part of the book).
I believe if you take what is necessary from the book: the motivation, the coaching, the curiosity or whatever you can get get out of the book that is a positive influence then that's great! There are plenty of people who do not like Goggins and because of that bias, they don't give credit to the content of his book. I would say, be an educated reader/consumer. There is always something to be learned/gained from other people's lives and experiences.

Thirty years on this earth… and this is the first book I’ve truly read from start to finish.
Format: Hardcover
Reading Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins didn’t just motivate me it shifted something inside me. It reminded me that struggle is universal, but mindset is the difference. He doesn’t stop when things get hard; he stops only when the mission is complete and then he looks for the next challenge. This book teaches you that obstacles aren’t there to break you, they’re there to build you. If you feel overwhelmed or stuck, this is the kind of book that wakes something up inside you.

Great Motivational Book
Format: Hardcover
If you can handle the language, this book will motivate you! He gives very insightful strategies on how he overcame obstacles in his life that I've been able to use to reach a few of my goals. Worth the read if you struggle with barriers or hurdles, you will find the tools to get past them.
