Domaine Lagille ' L’Inattendue brut 'Treslon, ongeveer twintig kilometer rijden ten westen van Reims in de Marne vallei ligt het vier hectare grootte domaine van Vincent Lagille. De wijngaarden liggen aan n stuk in een soort clos en worden gedomineerd door het druivenras Pinot Meunier. De wijngaarden worden bio verbouwd (vanaf 2023 gecertificeerd), en met het eigen paard geploegd en bewerkt. Vincent deed onderzoek naar de verschillende terroirs in zijn clos. Hij leerde hier zoveel van

Hij leerde hier zoveel van dat het besluit nam om vanaf 2017 de clos op te delen in meerdere mini ‘lieu dits’. 

Beschrijving: Fijne rijpheid, strak einde, licht rood fruit, veel energie en vulling.

Lekker bij: Aperitief met oesters en snacks.

Leuk weetje: Alle basiswijnen vergisten eerst voor tien maanden op eikenhout met minimaal sulfiet. Om vervolgens tijdens tirage gebotteld te worden voor de sur latte periode. Na het degorgeren rijpen de wijnen nog 6 maanden met de natuurkurk voordat ze het domein verlaten.
