Nel calice ha un colore giallo paglierino molto luminoso e vivo. Il naso è caratterizzato da profumi aromatici, dove le componenti floreali e fruttate sono molto invitanti. Allassaggio è asciutto, strutturato, ricco, contraddistinto da un sapore minerale e speziato. Chiude con un finale persistente.Termeno è uno dei territori più vocati di tutto lAlto Adige per la coltivazione di gewürztraminer: proprio dai vigneti circostanti questo piccolo e grazioso comune ha origine il Concerto Grosso di Elena Walch, vino che presenta sensazioni complesse e eleganti, profumi articolati, gusti decisi e mai comuni. Le uve, rigorosamente selezionate, fermentano in acciaio alla temperatura di 18 °C, per poi affinare, sempre in acciaio, sui propri lieviti per qualche mese. Un Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC degno di nota, da lasciare in cantina ancora per un paio danni, per degustarlo in una versione più matura e ricca di sfaccettature aromatiche.
E un vino che si trova a suo agio con pietanze a base di pesce o con preparazioni dove le spezie hanno un ruolo importante. Risulta quindi perfetto con la cucina asiatica: da provare con il curry rosso di pollo.

High quality, wish it was just a little smaller

Love these. My dogs would play ball all day if I let them. These are very durable and bouncy. Love that it’s washable. They would chew up the small “tennis” balls to pieces so I love that they can’t destroy these. My only criticism is I wish these were just a little smaller (like the size of the small Kong tennis balls). My dogs can carry it in their tiny mouths but they can’t get their mouth around it enough to chew it to get the squeaker to squeak, which is their favorite thing.

Great ball!

Our puppy loves this ball. It has held up well so far, it’s about 2 weeks now of large breed pup play. It’s been outside for the last week, rain or shine, still in working order. Not as big as I thought it would be though. No squeak, bounces well. Thick rubber like material, that can be depressed when biting down.
