Voordat een graf zijn definitieve steen krijgt gaan er over het algemeen 6 maanden voorbij. Deze tijd heeft een graf minimaal nodig om te zakken zodat de definitieve steen mooi recht blijft liggen. Om toch een punt van herkenning te hebben kan je ervoor kiezen een tijdelijk naambord op het graf te plaatsen. Deze tijdelijke grafmarkering biedt tijd en ruimte om in alle rust te herdenken tot het uiteindelijke grafmonument wordt geplaatst ✨

Het naambord heeft een afmeting van 20cm x 15cm en het ontwerp wordt gedrukt op hoogwaardig kunststof (Dibond) waardoor het een lange tijd op het graf kan blijven staan, zelfs bij uiteenlopende weersomstandigheden.

Je kan ervoor kiezen om alleen het naambord te bestellen zodat je hem op het graf kan neerleggen maar je hebt ook de mogelijkheid er een grondpaal bij te bestellen incl dubbelzijdig tape voor de bevestiging van het bordje. De paal is 50cm hoog en kan 20 tot 30cm in de grond worden gestoken zodat hij stevig blijft staan. Het paaltje is aan de bovenkant 45° gebogen, zo is het naambord goed leesbaar en blijft er geen regenwater op staan.

Good in theory, but didn’t fully deliver

My dog falls right on the size cutoff between the small and large Pupsicle. I initially ordered the large since he’s a strong chewer, but he had trouble getting everything out, so I ended up trying the small as well. There are definitely some positives. I think the design is better than a Kong. It stays upright, which makes it less messy. I also really like the mold for making the inserts, instead of having to fill the toy itself and freeze it. That said, there are two major design issues that impacted my experience. First, the all-rubber construction creates a lot of friction when screwing the bottom into the base, especially after repeated use. It gradually became harder to open, to the point where I was using coconut or avocado oil to try to loosen the threads. At one point I even needed a wrench and pliers just to get a better grip. Second, while it’s marketed as dishwasher safe (which I was excited about for cleaning), it seems to dry out the rubber and makes the threading issue worse over time. Unfortunately, mine is now permanently stuck shut and no longer usable. Overall, I like the concept, but the durability and usability issues make this a 3-star product for me. I’d recommend it with caution, especially if you plan to wash it frequently.

Best toy/treat! (Use oil on inner screw to open)

My dogs love these! This gives them a dedicated 20-40min of dog joy. They often get up halfway thru and switch but whatever makes them happy. They do get STUCK! And can be impossible to open. I now use a dot of olive oil on each level of the screw and then twist it in and out a couple times to distribute the lube so its possible to open when they are done. I find it very important to collect them immediately when they are done and open back up for cleaning. Do not let them dry as it will be very difficult to open.

These are must haves for dog owners!

These things have saved my sanity! I have two dogs and we use these at least two to three times per week. They are high quality and last thru heavy chewers. We spread peanut butter inside for a quick treat when clipping nails, or make our own mix of Greek yogurt, dry oatmeal, diced carrots, a little pumpkin, and a bit of diced apple, mix it up and freeze it in the Pupsicle mold. That way we have a bunch ready to go and aren’t buying expensive refills. The colors are adorable, the pupsicle is durable, and the dogs LOVE them. FYI - it’s a good idea to use a little olive or avalado oil on the threads when closing them up - it makes life so much easier when screwing then on and off. We throw ours into the dishwasher.
