Om de draad een extra bescherming te geven, is deze door een bad met vloeibare zink gehaald (thermisch verzinken), waardoor de draad een glad en glanzend oppervlak krijgt met een jarenlange bescherming tegen corrosie. Om de niet verzinkte uiteinden van de staaf ook tegen corrosie te beschermen, kunt u deze behandelen met zinkspray.

De staven verzinkte staaldraad ø 1,2 mm is een dunne draad en hierdoor erg fijn in handeling en buigbaarheid.

Verzinkte draad is  o.a. te gebruiken voor, (vogel)kooien, afrastering, kunstwerken , binddraad, plantengeleiders handvaardigheidsmateriaal, etc.

·       Staven met een lengte-tolerantie van 1 mm.
·       Glad en glanzend oppervlak.
·       Om de draad maximaal te beschermen tegen corrosie is het belangrijk om de beschermende zinklaag niet aan te tasten door bijvoorbeeld lassen en/of slijpen.

Great for 2 cycle, meh for 4 cycle.

This stuff is flat out amazing for 2 cycle small engines, works like advertised. 4 cycle isn't as good, if your engine hasn't ran in years, you'll still have to clean the carb, but it does help some. The 2 cycle oil for one is a lubricant and inhibits varnish buildup (especially a synthetic premium brand), and usually premium oil has a fuel stabilizer in it. Plus if you don't have a float bowl, there's not enough fuel for phase separation. I also use it in my mix for my ultrasonic cleaner when cleaning carbs. Overall a very good product, but understand it's limitations in this modern age of ethanal fuel.
