Dankzij de gepatenteerde deflector van Alfa wordt de hitte geleidelijk vrijgegeven en behaal je de beste resultaten. De opening van de ONE oven is ontworpen om de hitte in de ovenkamer te maximaliseren en beter te verspreiden rond de pizza.
