Aanwijzingen voor gebruik
Hou de brace in het midden langs de onderrug met de gebogen rand naar beneden gericht.
Wikkel de hoofdriemen rond de taille en bevestig ze met lichte druk op de voorkant.
Trek de trekkoordjes aan de zijkant naar voren en zet ze vast langs de hoofdriemen. Pas de plaatsing van de trekkoordjes aan om het juiste niveau van ondersteuning voor jouw behoeften te bereiken.

One of the best, most practical, and well written books on Black Liberation!

So good that I am creating a book club for young (teenagers) POC. Very good book that is pro-Black without being anti-Anyone. I love the approach: you can love your race and promote it without also enslaving or attacking others. I am enjoying the read immensely and will be buying other books by the author. It's a really easy read, and arranged in a way that makes it easy to use for lesson planning and discussion.

Great book about a Great museum.
Format: Paperback
Great book, I have visited the museum and was only able to finish the first three basement floors... yes it was that intense. The book helps me read up more on my own time at home. I look forward to visiting the museum again, whenever I get lucky and score some tickets on the next lottery time. This book will tide me until then for the next visit to the upper floors this time.
