De wijngaarden, verborgen in de bergen achter Valencia, zijn gelegen in een klein charmant dorpje genaamd Casas De Moya.
Ondergrond en ranken:
De wijngaarden bevinden zich op een hoogte van 850m op een heuvelflank met dus grote verschillen tussen de dag- en nachttemperaturen. Ecologische wijnbouw. Arme zanderige leemgrond met veel kiezels. 15 tot 40 jaar oude ranken. Lage opbrengst van 1kg per rank of 7hl per Hectare.
Druivensoorten:
Selectie van de druiven in de wijngaard tijdens de oogst in kratten van 15kg. De druiven worden gekoeld op 4°C gedurende 24 uren. Fermentatie in roestvrij stalen tanks van 3.000L en houten vaten van 1.000L. Remonteren gebeurt manueel. Totale duur van fermentatie en maceratie 26 tot 34 dagen. Perswijn wordt niet gebruikt. Houtrijping van 12 maanden in een selectie van Franse eiken vaten van 225L (35% eerste jaar en 35% tweede en derde jaar) en 30% in 1.000L houten vaten gedurende 12 maanden.

Attractive design and space to store the dish brush and or sponge. My only criticism is that the pump spout is quite narrow so the liquid soap skims over and not that much is released with each pump.

Bad product, cannot recommend

This product didn't work well at all. The material gets smudged and dirty extremely easily and it's impossible to get it clean. It's also very heavy, but not in a good way.
The pump shoots out dish soap very far and makes a mess on the counter. Even when I hold the sponge or brush right by the pump, the dish soap still went all over the place.
The pockets for brush and sponge did not work well either. Even the taller back pocket was way too short to hold a normal size dish brush.
I ended up throwing the item in the trash.
