The Thermomix® Bladecover & Peeler TM6 and TM7 combines three functions: sous‑vide, slow cooking and peeling. In reverse rotation, it supports sous‑vide at low temperatures by gently moving the vacuum bag, and it also enables slow cooking for recipes like pulled pork or goulash. In forward rotation, the rough side peels potato skins directly in the mixing bowl, so potatoes are ready for further preparation such as purées or gratins.
The wave‑shaped blade cover sits over the knife to protect ingredients during long, gentle cooking, supporting even heat exposure and texture.
