De twee spelers zijn machtige leiders van de grootste criminele organisaties in de stad en strijden om gebieden en steun, waarbij ze geen middel schuwen om hun invloed uit te breiden. In het centrum van Hoboken ligt District Noir. De controle over die wijk maakt het grote verschil om de macht over de hele stad te grijpen. De spelregels van dit tactische kaartspel voor 2 spelers zijn heel eenvoudig. Beide spelers krijgen 5 kaarten. Wie aan de beurt is, legt een handkaart in de rij of neemt de laatste 5 kaarten die in de rij zijn gelegd. De andere speler heeft steeds dezelfde keuze. Maar, het nemen van 5 kaarten mag maar één keer per ronde. Daarna moet de speler dus steeds een kaart in de rij leggen. Aan het einde krijgen de spelers punten als ze de meeste kaarten van een bepaalde soort hebben en voor complete setjes van verschillende soorten. Verder zijn er kaarten die direct plus- of minpunten geven. Slaagt een speler erin om alle 3 strategische locaties in zijn bezit te krijgen, dan wint hij direct. Wie grijpt de macht in de stad? District Noir is een zeer toegankelijk kaartspel voor 2 spelers. De eenvoudige spelregels zorgen ervoor dat de spelers snel aan het spelen zijn, maar ze zullen er spoedig achterkomen dat de keuzes die ze tijdens het spel moeten maken een stuk minder makkelijk zijn!

So far so good. It was a little sheddy at first but then I washed it and it was fine. It is super soft even after being washed twice. Several people have commented on how soft it is and stated they thought it was a Minky couture. I washed it on gentle cycle in cold water and dried it on gentle low tumble dry. It does not seem to be shedding now. I washed it a second time and put vinegar in the rinse cycle because supposedly that is supposed to help bind the fibers or something. Still seems to be not shedding. It's probably the softest blanket I have every owned. When I wash it, I will continue to wash it on gentle in cold water and dry on either gentle low tumble dry r just air fluff. I read the heat good make the fibers loose and cause more shedding. If anything changes, I will update.
