Het LEATT Thermaflow 2.0 Jacket is Leatts oplossing voor fietsen in koud weer met behoud van optimale warmteregulatie. De constructie is gebaseerd op een subtiele balans: een winddicht, geïsoleerd voorpaneel om vitale organen te beschermen tegen de kou, gecombineerd met zeer ademende panelen op plaatsen waar veel transpiratie optreedt.

In tegenstelling tot conventionele winterjacks, die vaak te zwaar zijn, is de Thermaflow ontworpen voor intensieve inspanningen. Het maakt gebruik van een lichtgewicht gewatteerde structuur die warmte vasthoudt waar dat nodig is, terwijl vocht snel kan verdampen. Voor 2026 is deze versie verfijnd om een meer ergonomische pasvorm te bieden, zodat je je volledig vrij kunt bewegen op de fiets.

Voor welk temperatuurbereik is hij ontworpen? Ideaal voor temperaturen tussen 0°C en 10°C. Met een geschikte technische onderlaag (base layer) kun je zelfs bij lichte vorst comfortabel fietsen.

Is het volledig waterdicht? Nee, het is een thermische en winddichte jas. Het is bestand tegen een lichte regenbui dankzij de waterafstotende behandeling, maar voor het rijden in aanhoudende stortbuien is een jack uit de HydraDri-serie toch noodzakelijk.
