Het graszaad kiemt snel, ook bij lagere temperaturen. Er is extra organische startvoeding toegevoegd voor een nog snellere inworteling. De grasmat groeit snel dicht, waardoor onkruiden minder kans maken. Het graszaad is van topkwaliteit, geschikt voor elke grondsoort en zit in een handige strooidoos, voor een gelijkmatige verdeling. Dit graszaadmengsel is ook wel bekend onder de naam DCM Riparo® Plus. Dosering voor herstel 250 gram per 10 m²; voor doorzaaien 150 gram per 10 m².
