Dentri Blend is een biologische extra vierge olijfolie uit Elis, vlak bij het oude Olympia op de Peloponnesos in Griekenland. Deze zeer kleine oplage van 520 genummerde flessen wordt geproduceerd door de familie Botsas onder de naam Dentri, Grieks voor boom. De blend wordt gemaakt van Koroneiki-, Olympia-, Botsikolia- en Lefkolia-olijven uit biologische teelt, geïnspireerd op de landbouwfilosofie van Masanobu Fukuoka. De olijven worden vroeg geoogst, handmatig geplukt met een elektrisch vibrerende vork en binnen 4 uur geperst en gecentrifugeerd. Dentri is een ongefilterde maar natuurlijk geklaarde extra vierge olijfolie met een geanalyseerd hoog polyfenolgehalte en voldoet ruim aan de officiële EU-gezondheidsclaim voor olijfoliepolyfenolen conform EU-verordening 432/2012. Dentri Blend won Gold Award bij NYIOOC 2026. Het smaakprofiel is groen, fris en kruidig, met tonen van vers gras, olijfblad en artisjok, milde bitterheid en een peperige afdronk. Verpakt in een fles van 500 ml. Geschikt voor koud en warm gebruik, en vooral geschikt als laatste toevoeging over salades, brood, groenten, tomaat, aardappelen, pasta, soep, vis, vlees en andere gerechten.
