Geadviseerd wordt om dagelijks 2 capsules met ruim water in te nemen, te verdelen over de dag bij voorkeur tijdens een maaltijd.Niet gebruiken bij bestaande leveraandoeningen. Ashwaghanda kan in zeldzame gevallen leverproblemen veroorzaken. Raadpleeg uw arts bij geelzucht en andere ongebruikelijke klachten.Ashwagandha:Let op bij gebruik van schildkliermedicijnen.Onvoldoende gegevens bekend over gebruik tijdens zwangerschap en borstvoeding.
