Vul de fles met water en voeg de houtskool toe. Een nachtje laten staan is ideaal maar na een uur proef je al daadwerkelijk verschil. Wanneer je naar verloop van tijd merkt dat de effectiviteit van het filter afneemt, kun je hem opladen door hem tien minuten te koken. Door het koken worden de onzuiverheden weggespoeld en kan de houtskool daarna weer meer absorberen.

Size up
While I like the concept, it’s not true to size. I cut the tag off thinking this fit well, as I wear 38G in most HSIA bras, I found that throughout the day this rode up and gave me “quad-breast.” It also broke the skin on my back where the anti-slip rubber was on the band. It has potential, maybe if you size up with band and cup.
