Je steekt de BBQ aan, het vlees is op en dan komt het moment waar iedereen stiekem op wacht: het toetje. Dit is hem. Browniestukjes in een aluminium schaaltje, marshmallows eroverheen, tien minuten op de nog warme kolen. De marshmallows smelten en karamelliseren licht. Dan de gebroken pretzels erover: zout, knapperig, precies in balans met het zoete. Simpel te maken, moeilijk te vergeten.

  • klassieke brownies

  • een aluminium schaaltje
  • bereidingswijze

Zo maak je het:

Snijd de brownies in vieren en leg ze in het schaaltje. Verdeel de marshmallows erover. Zet het schaaltje ongeveer tien minuten op de BBQ waar de kolen nog warm van zijn. De marshmallows worden zacht en beginnen licht te karamelliseren. Strooi er daarna de gebroken pretzels overheen voor die extra crunch.

TIP: een bolletje vanille-ijs erbij maakt het helemaal af.
