De tapasplank bestaat voor 100% uit massief, Europees eikenhout. Deze is gelakt met een eigen ontwikkelde 2-componentenlak, waardoor de eiken plank erg makkelijk is in onderhoud. Met een lichtvochtige doek veegt u de serveerplank meteen schoon. U hoeft de plank dus nooit meer te oliën. Let wel op met veelvoudig snijden op de serveerplank!
