Een niet zo alledaagse assemblage van de druiven viognier en petit manseng die spreekt voor de unieke ligging van deze wijngaarden. Sylvain Ozil is iemand die de terroir en uitzonderlijke klimatologische van de Cévennes ten volle wil benutten en dat ook wil laten zien in het glas. In de neus nemen we geuren van rijpe perzik en mango waar. Bij het proeven worden de smaakpapillen in de mond verwend met aroma’s zeste van sinaasappel, exotisch fruit, rijp wit steenfruit en een mondvullende afdronk. Deze wijn mag in een breder wijnglas geserveerd worden en liefst niet te koud, om ten volle te kunnen genieten. Santé!
