De plaatkoeling is gemaakt van RVS. Het interieur van de binnenbak is afgewerkt met een verzonken afvoerfitting met schroefdraad en hygiënische hoeken die gemakkelijk zijn schoon te maken. De buitenkant is gemaakt van gegalvaniseerd plaatstaal. Om de binnenbak te kunnen reinigen kan het presentatievlak met luchtverdamper en ventilatoren omhoog geklapt worden. In de hoogste positie kan deze vergrendeld worden met gasdrukveren.
