Tijdens de Workshop Ofyr Advanced gaan we een stap verder dan de basis en verdiepen we ons in techniek, timing en creativiteit op open vuur. Deze workshop is bedoeld voor ervaren Ofyr-gebruikers en BBQ-liefhebbers die het maximale uit hun plancha en vuur willen halen.

We starten met gazpacho cavemanstyle, een verrassende bereiding waarbij groenten rechtstreeks in het vuur worden gegaard voor een intense, rokerige smaak. Daarna bereiden we gamba butterfly, perfect gegrild met focus op hittebeheersing en sappigheid. Met picanha met cowboyboter werken we met krachtige directe hitte, correcte rusttijden en een perfecte snede. Vervolgens maken we okonomiyaki, een hartige Japanse pannenkoek die de veelzijdigheid van de Ofyr-plancha volledig benut. We sluiten af met een verfijnde clafoutis, waarmee we tonen dat ook desserts uitstekend lukken op open vuur.

Tijdens deze workshop leer je geavanceerd werken met warmtezones, sequentieel koken en het combineren van technieken op de Ofyr. Onze chef begeleidt je stap voor stap, zodat je met meer precisie, vertrouwen en creativiteit aan de slag kan op open vuur
