Weingut Karl Pfaffmann presenteert met Cuvée Lara een meesterlijke blend van Merlot en Cabernet Sauvignon uit de zonnige Pfalz. Deze premiumwijn wordt gevinifieerd van druiven van oude wijnstokken met lage opbrengst, waardoor de concentratie en complexiteit optimaal tot uiting komen. De Pfalz, Duitslands tweede grootste wijngebied, biedt met haar warme klimaat en gevarieerde bodems ideale condities voor deze Bordeaux-druiven.

Smaakprofiel

Een diepe robijnrode kleur kondigt de rijkdom aan. Het bouquet ontvouwt elegante aroma's van sandelhout, mokka, vanille en karamel, aangevuld met tonen van cacao. Na 24 maanden rijping op eikenhout presenteert de wijn zich vol en krachtig in de mond. Rijpe bramen en zwarte kersen harmonieren perfect met kruidige accenten van peper en laurier. De zachte, geïntegreerde tannines leiden naar een lange, verwarmende afdronk met subtiele rooksmaak.

Spijscombinaties

Uitstekend bij gegrild ribeye, lamsrack met rozemarijn, wildbraad met jeneverbessenssaus of gerijpte kazen zoals oude Gouda. Serveer op 16-18°C voor optimale smaakbeleving.

Classic old-fashioned presentation, versatile uses

I loved the presentation of this glitter in an old-fashioned atomizer perfume bottle with a pink squeeze puff. Because glitter powder is not prone to evaporation, an atomizer is actually a great way to package powder. I tried this product with the atomizer and without. Honestly, I was just looking for some sparkles on my cheekbones and a glitter streak in my hair for a New Years Party. The instructions advised that for a targeted glitter application, spray the glitter on your hand and apply it with a brush. I found that this way left too much glitter behind on my hand. Instead, I shook some glitter onto a piece of paper and mixed some with Aquaphor for application on my face. This helped the glitter adhere to my skin and lasted for hours. I mixed some glitter into hair gel and applied it to a streak in my hair. The larger pieces of silver glitter really sparkled this way. Overall, this packaging looks great and would be functional if you were looking for an all-over application. Otherwise, just using a simple bottle works as well.

Woah, Shimmer!

I love cute little things like this with the spray bulb. They’re fun gifts. My daughter likes to shimmer sometimes. She kind of overdid it the first time. It does t take much to get a sparkly, fine shimmer. The photos are a bit exaggerated on the product page. You don’t have to “paint” your skin with it. It’s an easy application, and when used right really provides a nice accent. It’s light and has a quality look and feel.

This shimmer is beautiful! It applies smoothly and evenly and it sparkles absolutely beautifully. You can do one spritz for a very light coverage or a few to really glow! I love the applicator - makes me feel fancy. It was a little bit sticky at first but it dries quickly and isn't sticky after that. It's a really great product to brighten up your look. Highly recommend!

*Poof* and then there was glitter. Boko Highlighter Powder Spray, Body Shimmer Spray for Glitter Highlighter Makeup makes it as easy as squeezing a bulb. The biggest part of the assembly of the product is to male sure you remove the plastic cap and the rubber tipped end. If you miss either the spray will seem to not work. Once properly set up the powder spray bottle only takes a modest squeeze to dust the skin with instant glitter and glory. I love the look, the easy to use spray, and the bottle itself which has a simple but elegant feel to it!
