De plank reinigen met warm water en een mild afwasmiddel. Laat de plank rechtop staand drogen. Bamboe is een natuurproduct, behandel de snijplank regelmatig met plantaardige olie, zo blijft de kleur behouden, wordt indringen van vocht voorkomen en blijft de plank in optimale conditie.
