Verzorging
pruimenboomen zijn lastiger in onderhoud dan een gewone boom. Wij raden aan de 'Victoria' vlak na de oogst te snoeien. Het is belangrijk dat het dan niet regent. Snoei zo min mogelijk, want door snoeien kan het zijn dat de pruimenboom het jaar erop minder vruchten krijgt. De Prunus is een snelle groeier. Door goede snoei houd je de boom klein. De pruimenboom groeit goed op de meeste grondsoorten. Zorg ervoor dat de bodem voldoende voedselrijk en niet te vochtig is. Plant de pruimenboom op een zonnige plek in je tuin zodat er voldoende zonlicht op de pruimen valt.

Hoe ziet mijn pruimenboom er precies uit?
De geleverde pruimenboom kan, afhankelijk van het bestelmoment, afwijken van de getoonde afbeeldingen. Omdat een pruimenboom een natuurproduct is met verschillende groei- en bloeistadia, is het niet mogelijk altijd exact de juiste stadia in afbeeldingen weer te geven.
