In deze relatief korte tijd sinds de oprichting is het wijnhuis het meest bekroonde biologische wijnhuis van Spanje.

De druiven voor deze Viento Aliseo Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano zijn gelegen in de La Mancha. Dit is een perfect gebied voor het produceren van biologische wijnen. De planten zijn inmiddels 10 jaar oud en geven prachtige druiven. Voor deze rode wijn word gebruik gemaakt van 2 specifieke wijngaarden die zich uitstekend lenen voor de Viento Aliseo Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano namelijk de Finca el Fabian en Las Pedroñeras. De dagen zijn heerlijk warm op de wijnvelden waarna de nachten een perfecte verkoeling brengen over de wijnstokken. Dit zorgt samen voor een rustig en evenwichtig groeiseizoen. Bij de juiste rijpheid van de druiven worden deze handmatig geplukt waarna de druiven naar de pers zullen gaan. Beide variëteiten worden apart geperst. Ook de vinificatie gebeurd afzonderlijk van elkaar waarna de uiteindelijke blend zal worden samengesteld. Uiteindelijk rijpt de wijn gedurende 12 maanden op eikenhouten vaten voor extra diepgang en souplesse.Hoe smaakt de Viento Aliseo rode wijn?
Het eindresultaat? Top! De kleur is prachtig donker robijnrood. In de geur noteerden wij een breed boeket aan rijpe aroma’s van donker fruit als pruimen, zwarte bessen en bramen. Deze geuren worden aangevuld met een hint van vanille, kruiden en iets van ceder. Dat brengt ons bij de smaak, wat een topper van een rode wijn de Viento Aliseo Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano. Een zeer zachte en soepele wijn die een aangenaam kracht herbergt. Prachtige smaken van zwart fruit zoals bramen en bessen die worden afgewisseld met een wat kruidige tint en licht het vanille van het gebruikte eikenhout. De afdronk is soepel en mild met aan het einde een klein kruidig tintje.Shipping Notes

Beautiful

I love omegaverses I had looked at this one multiple times thinking it's just another book about cocky rock star guys that let fame get to their heads and there are parts like that so I wasn't 100% off. I started reading the second book and met the fmc Astraea from the first one,after she had a run in with the aphla from the gym.😁 it gave me the push to stop and read book one first and im so glad I did this book was amazing their was so many characters I fell in love with hoping they will find their happily ever after. the guys were great, the plot was 🎯, and the ending had me 😭😭😭. I was wondering how nate could ever redeem himself, and he did. the last scene with him was sad, but I also felt it was beautiful. thank you to the author for making a beautiful omegaverse book that gave me all the feels. now I'm jumping straight into book two.

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jillian West and her books!!! I’m so happy I already bought book two and now I have to buy the others for the Assurance Security series!!
Not gonna lie Val kind of annoyed me at the beginning but she grew on me!! Her men are chef’s kisses!!! Holt annoys me some but I can let it slide. I already bought part two so I’m going to be reading that in between work phone calls!!!! DON’T TELL MY BOSS 😂😂😂😂
