Universeel apparaat voor beginners of professionals

Of het nu voor doe-het-zelvers of professionals is, met de 2-in-1 inverter lasapparaat kun je probleemloos alle laswerkzaamheden, waaronder ook vuldraadlassen. Het hoogwaardige 2 meter slangpakket, en 3 meter elektrodehouder en massaklem bieden je daarbij voldoende mobiliteit om van het beste werkcomfort te genieten.

Met het elektroden lasapparaat kun je optimaal zowel dunne als sterkere materialen in alle posities lassen, namelijk staal en roestvrij staal. De lasstroom is daarbij stabiel en traploos instelbaar. Het apparaat levert dankzij de invertertechnologie zeer mooie naden, waarbij schoon en spatvrij lassen dankzij de twee ventilatoren ook zeer stil loopt.

Overzichtelijk bedieningspaneel met digitaal display

Op de voorzijde vind je een bedieningspaneel met overzichtelijk digitaal display, dat je volledige controle biedt bij het instellen van de parameters. Met een eenvoudige druk op de knop bepaal je zowel de draadtoevoersnelheid als de MIG & E-hand/MMA lasstroom, die je ook van de weergave kunt aflezen. Op het bedieningspaneel vind je ook een selectieknop, waarmee je lasparameters FLUX (vuldraad) / MIX / CO2 / MIG / MMA (E-hand) kunt selecteren.

Draadtoevoer

De MIG 160ER is uitgerust met een hoogwaardige draadtoevoer, de 2 rollen met een diameter van max. 100 mm met een draaddiameter van 0,6 – 0,8 mm. Daarbij is een van de wielen van de draadtoevoer ook op motor aangedreven, wat een vloeiende en gecontroleerde draadtoevoer garandeert.

Vuldraadlassen

Vuldraad lassen is een proces dat goede hantering, flexibiliteit en voordelige apparatuur combineert. Vuldraad maakt het mogelijk om fijne en duurzame lasnaden in korte tijd te produceren en heeft als voordeel dat er geen ander beschermingsgas nodig is. Om naar het vuldraad te schakelen hoef je alleen maar de polariteit te doen, die heel gemakkelijk kan worden ompolen, daarbij vervang je gewoon de polariteit van het pistool en de massakabel op de min-pol.
