  • Ceretin Complex : Complex van o.a. melkzuur, ceramides en retinol om de huid te verzorgen, gezond te houden en rimpels te verminderen

Gebruik

  1. Breng aan op een gereinigde huid.
  2. Indien gewenst een serum (hyaluron) aanbrengen.
  3. Breng aan met een poederkwast zacht ronddraaiend over de poeder. 
  4. Tik het eventuele losse poeder iets van de kwast.
  5. Breng de poeder met de kwast met bewegingen aan voor optimale fixatie.
  6. Herhaal indien een meer dekkend resultaat gewenst is.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
