Dit kaasmes van Wusthof is gemaakt van RVS in combinatie met een hoogwaardig kunststof handvat. Zoals bij andere producten van de Wüsthof Gourmet serie is de vorm uit één stuk staal gemaakt welke doorloopt tot in het handvat. Het lemmet is 12cm, terwijl het handvat en lemmet samen 24,5 cm lang zijn.
