Al palato si rivela avvolgente e di buon corpo; la trama tannica risulta fine e l'equilibrio ottimo.Questo Ravenna IGT firmato Ancarani nasce dalle uve della varietà centesimino; si tratta di un vitigno autoctono, recentemente riscoperto, coltivato e sapientemente trasformato, nella zona di Faenza, in ottimo vino da un ristrettissimo nucleo di produttori. Il centesimino, chiara ricchezza per tutto il territorio e, anche, occasione per il rilancio vitivinicolo dell’intera area romagnola, regala, in questo caso, un vino elegante, morbido ed equilibrato, vivace, intenso e ben articolato.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai primi di carne e al risotto ai funghi, si sposa molto bene anche con la carne rossa in umido.

Cute but small

These are cute but they are smaller than I thought they would be. The only thing I did not like was that they kept coming apart. The two links would unhook and one hook would fall off. I squeezed them a little tighter and that helped.
