De Ice Power Hot en Cold Packs zijn herbruikbaar.
Wanneer u wilt koelen legt u het Pack in de koelkast of de vriezer en kan gekoeld worden tot -27 graden. Als het pack is gekoeld, kan het worden gebruikt bij verlichting van de pijn bij blessures en zwellingen. Voor het beste resultaat kunt u de Ice Pack het beste 10 tot 15 minuten op de pijnlijke plek leggen. Het is wel belangrijk dat u tussen het Ice Pack en de huid een handdoek of het bijgeleverde hoesje legt.

De Ice Power Hot en Cold Pack kunt u naast koelen ook verwarmen. Voor niet-ontsteking gerelateerde pijn. Het Ice Power Hot en Cold Pack dient 5 min. te worden opgewarmd in een waterbad (max. 80 °C). of 1-2 min. in de magnetron in een magnetronbestendige schaal gevuld met water.

Uitluitend voor uitwendig gebruik.
