Onderhoud

Voor het eerste gebruik 'season' je het rooster door het in te smeren met een hittebestendige olie en dit 1-2 uur te verhitten op 160-200°C. Herhaal dit 1 à 2 keer. Na gebruik borstel je het rooster schoon (geen zeep), droog je het direct af en smeer je het in met een dun laagje olie.
