Our turkeys are home grown and fully free range, strolling around in the fields of the farm, treated and grown with utmost respect and care. 

So if you prefer to create your own stuffing, you can also order our turkey unstuffed — this also reduces the cost, as deboning and stuffing the turkey the way we do is a highly specialised and labor-intensive process. We work with a team of retired artisanal butchers, who love to work with us, sharing our passion for offering the highest quality. 

We do not recommend deboning the turkey yourself unless you are a professional chef or butcher, as it requires very precise butchering skills — one small mistake can make the turkey difficult to use properly. Stuffing it yourself, however, is absolutely fine of course, and you might even have your own traditional recipe for doing so! 

The turkeys weigh about 5.5 kg (approx. 12 lbs), which serves around 10 people, or even more depending on your stuffing.
