Het helpt bij het reguleren van het natuurlijke dag- en nachtritme (circadiaans ritme) en heeft daarmee een positief effect op het welzijn.

De zonsopgangfunctie wordt 30 minuten vóór het ingestelde alarm geactiveerd — de lamp verhoogt geleidelijk de lichtsterkte, wat een natuurlijke zonsopgang nabootst. Hierdoor word je op een rustige en stressvrije manier wakker.
Vijftien minuten vóór het alarm klinkt er een geluid op 50% volume, om het ontwaken zachtjes te ondersteunen. Heb je nog iets meer tijd nodig? Dan kun je gebruikmaken van de snoozefunctie.

Tijdens het in slaap vallen wordt de zonsondergangfunctie geactiveerd: het licht dimt geleidelijk in 30 minuten, wat helpt om te ontspannen en makkelijker in slaap te vallen.

Er zijn vijf alarmmelodieën beschikbaar, waaronder twee natuurgeluiden, die zorgen voor een prettige sfeer bij het wakker worden. De lamp biedt instelbare lichtintensiteit en keuze uit acht kleuren, zodat deze volledig naar wens kan worden aangepast.

Het zachte materiaal en de schattige konijnenoren maken de lamp veilig en prettig om aan te raken — ideaal voor kinderen, maar ook perfect voor iedereen die liever op een zachte manier wakker wordt.
