Widow Jane is een Amerikaanse whiskeyproducent uit Red Hook, in Brooklyn, New York. Ze staan vooral bekend om hun small batch straight bourbons en straight rye whiskeys. Alle Widow Jane whiskeys worden op het juiste alcoholpercentage gebracht met puur kalksteen mineraalwater uit de legendarische Rosendale-mijnen in New York, slechts 160 kilometer ten noorden van de locatie in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Het was kalksteen uit deze mijnen in Rosendale die werden gebruikt om de fundering te bouwen van enkele van de grootste bouwwerken van New York en het land: de gigantische caissons van de Brooklyn Bridge, het Empire State Building en het 27.000 ton wegende voetstuk van het Vrijheidsbeeld. Zo proef je in elke druppel Widow Jane Amerikaanse whiskey een stukje authentiek New York.
