Prodotto dall'azienda biologica Paraschos, dopo la fermentazione spontanea, innescata dai lieviti indigeni, il vino affina per circa 24 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia: potente, complesso, dalle infinite e cangianti sfumature olfattive, richiede pazienza e attenzione per svelare la sua ricca personalità
