De eenvoudige bediening gebeurt via 1-toets-bediening voor de meetmodus en eenheid. Het apparaat heeft een autostartfunctie bij het inbrengen van een draaimomentgereedschap en een auto-slaapstand wanneer het niet in gebruik is. De voeding en data-uitvoer gaat via de USB-aansluiting.
