Wat is een Baas boards snijplank?

Ben je op zoek naar een plank die net zo stoer en authentiek is als de maker? Dan heb je een Baas Boards nodig! Martin maakt zijn boards met de hand, waardoor ze allemaal uniek zijn.

Een Baas boards snijplank is gemaakt van eikenhout. De plank is geschikt voor het hakken en snijden van bijvoorbeeld brood, groenten, fruit, vis en vlees, maar natuurlijk ook voor de grotere etenswaren van de BBQ. De snijplank heeft een handige sapgoot zodat de sappen uit je (on)bereiden product niet over de rand stromen. De sapgoot heeft een ruim hoekvlak waardoor deze gemakkelijk te reinigen is.

De plank is tijdens de productie voorzien van een twee lagen onderhoudsolie. Wil je de plank in perfecte conditie houden dan is het verstandig om de plank goed te onderhouden met de juiste olie of wax. Hiervoor kun je het best de onderhoudsolie of wax van Baas Board zelf gebruiken.

Let op: De snijplank mag NIET in de vaatwasser, hierdoor kan de plank kromtrekken en/of scheuren. Het beste kun je de plank met een vochtige, pluisvrije doek afvegen. Mocht de plank toch wat extra aandacht nodig hebben dan kan de plank ook afgespoeld worden met water, maar ZONDER zeep. Laat de plank dan rechtop drogen. Dit gaat het beste op de plank steunen van Baas.
