In bocca la freschezza si esalta nella spiccata sapidità ed è fruttato fino al finale tipicamente ammandorlato.Il Pantelleria Zibibbo secco DOC “Isesi” 2018 nasce da uve zibibbo allevate ad alberello su un terreno di origine vulcanica a 300 metri di altitudine. La vendemmia è manuale e dopo la pressatura soffice dei grappoli il vino è vinificato in acciaio, dove affina per 12 mesi a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco che trasporta nel calice i profumi e sapori dell’isola.
Perfetto per antipasti a base di pesce crudo, si esalta accanto ad un fritto di paranza.

Great interventions and Trauma Theory
Format: Paperback
This a great book if you work with victims of trauma and want to understand how different types of trauma can present and what interventions can be used (i.e urge surfing, cognitive restructuring, focus breathing, etc.). It also include a section about medications and what to address first in treatment. I think it’s great for new clinicians who may be looking for interventions to add to their clinical toolbox.

New to trauma therapy; loved the book
Format: Paperback
This book was required reading in my Trauma & Intervention class and I loved it so much that I kept it. It is easy to understand if you are new to trauma therapy (which I am). I refer to it fairly often and have absolutely put what I learned to good use. I truly believe this book helped make me a better therapist.
