Combineer de mat nikkelen deurklinken en raamkrukken 'OMA' van STILE en je staat versteld van het resultaat. Maak boven in het scrolmenu de keuze tussen een linker of rechter raamkruk. Beide raamkrukken draaien 360° rond. Het enige verschil is de plaats van het Aprile logo. Kiest u een linker raamkruk staat het Aprile logo links en gaat de raamkruk naar links open , kiest u een rechter raamkruk staat het Aprile logo rechts en gaat de raam naar rechts open.Shipping Notes

Great read

I really like this one. Even though the Poppy character is a bit stubborn and won’t accept she is not really a detective, yet. The rest of the characters and plot delightful. I’m already looking forward to the next one.

What a wonderful mystery, a grand heroine who is polishing her detective skills.
All the pomp of the gentile classes at their play. Murders, theft, and dogs in the highlands, what could be better?

Promising start to new mystery series.
Format: Kindle
Lady Persephone "Poppy" Proudfoot attends a house party at an estate, meets some American actors, and tries to solve the murder of a stranger to the village whose body is discovered by the lake. The first in a series, this book is a quick read with a plot that moves along, although some of the large cast of characters seem superfluous (e.g., the American visitors). Poppy is a widow, a law-school graduate (in the 1920s!), and ran a hospital for wounded soldiers during WW1, so an interesting character to read about. A promising beginning to the series and I look forward to the next book. Thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for the eARC.
