Ook beschikt elke Cozy Dog Bunny over een los zakje met tourmalinesteentjes aan de binnenkant, die je even kort in de magnetron op kunt warmen. Zo verspreidt de knuffel een heerlijke warmte. De combinatie warmte, lavendel en de hartslag van de Cozy Dog Bunny hebben een rustgevende en kalmerende werking op je hond!

Gebruiksaanwijzing

Verwijder de zak met tourmalinesteentjes uit de Cozy Dog knuffel en leg de zak vervolgens in de magnetron. Wanneer de zak met steentjes te lang wordt opgewarmd kan dit leiden tot smelten van het zakje. Verwarm daarvoor de zak met steentjes 10 seconden en controleer vervolgens de temperatuur van de steentjes. Door de zak stapsgewijs te verwarmen wordt voorkomen dat de steentjes te warm worden.

Do not buy!!! Cheap product and bad customer service! The product is rusted upon delivery. It is not stable and will not hold an umbrella rated for 22lb stand upright with water alone. They wanted me to refill the stand and send them pictures of the tilt even though the rust should warrant a full refund with shipping covered, if they were a good company. The company is giving me the run around on a return and conflicting information. They said they I would have to pay for the return, then that they would, then and try keep trying to offer me a discounted rate and charging me shipping. Here is a copy of the communication. They offered $10 telling me that rust is not covered in their warranty, even if it arrived rusty! First message: "After the returned item is delivered to our warehouse with no issue, we will return your amount." Second message: "Generally, rust can be caused by many factors and is not typically covered under our warranty. However, as a valued customer, we’d like to offer you a USD 10 price return if you choose to keep and continue using the base as it is. Please let us know if this solution works for you, and we will process it right away."
