Vinificatie en druiven

Deze Meursault Charmes is volledig gemaakt van Chardonnay uit de Premier Cru-wijngaard Les Charmes in de Côte de Beaune. De druiven worden zorgvuldig met de hand geplukt om de optimale rijpheid te garanderen. Na een zachte persing volgt de fermentatie deels op roestvrijstaal en deels op eikenhouten vaten, waarvan een deel nieuw is. De wijn rijpt daarna verder in eikenhouten vaten, wat zorgt voor extra diepte en complexiteit, voordat hij wordt gebotteld en nog enige tijd rust op fles.

Albert Bichot is een van de meest prestigieuze huizen in Bourgogne, met een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot 1831. Meursault Charmes 2021 komt volledig tot zijn recht bij rijke gerechten zoals kreeft, tarbot of zeeduivel met een romige saus. Ook gebraden gevogelte zoals Bresse-kip of kalfsvlees met een lichte roomsaus past er uitstekend bij. Voor een vegetarische optie combineert deze wijn prachtig met risotto met eekhoorntjesbrood of een romige paddenstoelenschotel.

They do feel cool on my skin and felt cool out of the package also. I do not believe you would be disappointed unless you just absolutely were in love with the sheets you are on. I have the dark green sheets and would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that they smell absolutely horrible. I am so surprised after reading reviews that more people don’t mention it?! Pretty basic but they are true to life..some others look different online than when you get them..not these colors online are accurate. This was a great deal and I'd recommend a thousand times over!
